Bit-isle's colocation services are available in units of 1, 1/2, and 1/4 racks.
We guarantee power supply availability of 99.999% (on an annual basis) in our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Network connection services
Bit-isle provides various network connection service plans to meet our customers' varying requests and objectives.
Band width shared-use type : Contracted bandwidth can be shared with other customers.
Option : 10% guarantee service for the band shared-use type
Band width exclusive-use type : Contracted fixed bandwidth is reserved for the customer's exclusive use.
Up to 10 Gbps can be used.
Usage-based band exclusive-use type : Contracted fixed bandwidth is reserved for the customer's exclusive use. Service charges are in proportion to actual use.
We guarantee line connection availability of 99.99% in our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Network equipment rental services
Bit-isle rents network equipment to customers using our data centers.
Available for a low monthly fee, customers can use this service as they need.
Available equipment: L2-Switch、L3-Switch、Firewall／UTM、IPS、Load Balancer
Server rental services
Bit-isle rents server equipment to customers using our data centers.
Available for a low monthly fee, customers can use this service as they need.

Monitoring services
We monitor and report operating conditions 24 hours a day, 365 days a year both locally and globally.
Emergency response services
In the event of a failure in Bit-isle's rental server equipment or the customer's equipment, we restore such equipment to the OS level according to a specified procedure. We also provide maintenance services for customers.
Periodic work/individual operation services
We perform work for our customers that can only be done in the data center, periodic work that must be done at night or on a holiday, and other such work.
Managed services
We offer managed services for company-specified network equipment.
We design and develop optimal environments to meet customers' requests (single, HA configurations). We provide comprehensive support for subsequent operation, including monitoring, emergency response, configuration changes, and maintenance.

System integration services
We make the most of our know-how based on our excellent track record to plan, design, develop, and introduce IT systems to realize the optimal system for each customer's needs. We support customers' businesses by providing one-stop solutions.

Cloud services
Cloud ISLE is a cloud service for building flexible infrastructure in a way that only a data center operator can provide. Customers can combine Cloud ISLE with data center colocation services according to their business growth or system lifecycles.

SOD-NEXT VMware Server
Virtualization software (VMware vSphere) that can be managed by the unit.
This service allows much more flexible operation than conventional cloud services, which only allow management at the OS or higher levels.
Private cloud environments are available for a minimum monthly fee of 180,000 yen.
SOD-NEXT Private Cloud Package
vCenter Option is included standard with the SOD-NEXT VMware Server.
vCenter Option can be used for cloud management.
Create, operate, and modify guest OS; create clones; create templates; take snapshots; and perform vMotion all for a minimum monthly fee of 210,000 yen.
SOD-NEXT Virtual Server
Provides resources to guest OS on a one-by-one basis.
One or more physical cores are always allocated to each user (each contracted core) in order to provide stable, high performance.
